My autobiography exposing the industry lies. Below you will read about the industry. Before jail I was very successful in owning my boxing and fitness gyms for years. I was 38 during the economy crash when I decided to go into the porn industry. I made it very big and made a lot of money. But the trade off would almost kill and destroy me. Thank God I was able to over come and rebuild my life. The tyrant agents and porn companies like Howard Andrew at Fabscout and Kink.com, Chi Chi. Raging Stallion, Falcon Hot house and others I work for , would do anything to make a buck. You should see all the young stars they have destroyed. My Autobiography is a hard life created by the porn industry. But the ending of the story is why I have written my book. The book is to help and free to read. Now all I do is help to free people. "There is hope!" Please read what I wrote in my time in jail. The story doesn't tell you who I am as a porn star until an old inmate recognizes me as the gay porn star. About and hour later, 8 men drag me out of my bed, stab me and beat me to inches of my life. Do I blame the porn industry for my disease and the hell it brought me? Yes! But I made the choice to be a skin flick star. I also made the choice to make my life better and help others.
If you know anyone that is not doing well with drugs and suicidal. Please email me at browardboxing@gmail.com I've since been established and have helped over 50 peoples lives and have turned them all around. You can read the book and find out how I've done. Funny thing is, what has helped me is illegal in the USA.

Just saw your video on youtube. It is possible that Google could retrieve your images etc., on the basis that sometimes people do nice things for each other.

And the more I think about the distress that ex-performers endure, the more I see legitimate medical grounds for the retrieval.

I have come here to express my support for two women from two different parts of the world whom I feel have been harmed by the exploitive sex industry.

The first is model Carlotta Champagne, originally hailing from Pensacola, FL. Although most of her work is genuinely artistic in nature, I have also learned that in 2007 she appeared in "Playboy". Based on some statements made on her ModelMayhem account, I have come to suspect that she did so because she needed the money, and that furthermore she may have been tricked into doing so through fraudulent job advertising. Carlotta, if you are reading this, I have a few words I wish to share with you: I think you are a truly beautiful young woman, both inside and out. As such, I feel that you deserved so much better than an appearance in "Playboy" magazine. What they did to you was wrong, and they must not be allowed to get away with it. I am sending you this message in the hope of encouraging you to speak out against the exploitive business known as Playboy Industries. I wish you good luck in the future, Carlotta. Take care.

The other, arguably less fortunate, woman is Angela White, from Sydney, Australia. For more than a decade now, she has been cruelly exploited by both the industry and the media, used and abused, and now probably sees few other options for her future except to give in to the false promises given to her by the industry. Beneath her artificial smile, I see someone in terrible pain. Really, she isn't fooling anyone - not the public, not the people who are taking advantage of her, not the heads of the Australian Sex Party (who, in 2009 co-opted her into representing the industry's interests under the guise of "fighting for sex workers' rights"), and certainly not the industry survivors. What is especially sad is that in all those years, no one has done anything to help her, instead championing her decision to enter as "free choice". This mindset is particularly - though unsurprisingly - apparent in her Wikipedia entry. Angela, you are beautiful and deserve so much better than being slapped around, degraded, strangled, choked, and beaten by violent, abusive men. I can only hope that these words will reach you someday and touch you profoundly.

My very first boyfriend wanted to cum on my face. THANKS, PORN!!! That wasn't even the worst thing he wanted. What a horror he was, and he wasn't the only one. Sort of confusing to a teenage girl when the first boyfriends all have the horrible, creepy "porn language" going on and say disgusting things in bed. Not a turn-on. More like being molested. And if you don't like it, you're a "prude."

And this was a loooooong time ago. Suggestions in the 2000s are more along the lines of being bound to a chair & gagged, 3-ways (as always), and the creme-de-la-creme: Having sex with a horse for filming purposes.

Did I mention these are all normal-appearing guys with friends, family, regarded as "good guys," who are homeowners with good-paying jobs? Hence, they'll all get a woman to buy into whatever they want.

My opinion? The current mess is as much women's fault as it is men's, for catering to it and acting like it's normal.

My advice to women is to use your damn head for something besides BJs. Of course, since females are raised from birth to be codependent, it's not bloody likely.

I really think it is sad that porn has become the open secret AND so... normalized now that we no longer see how broken the people are who work in this industry. Even those who say they 'love it', or are 'proud of it'. It is the silent epidemic that nobody really 'sees'. I say, we ARE seeing the effects. Fidelity is considered a joke now, and even impossible, younger and younger people are getting into it. Kids, KIDS who used to run around without a care about their 'bodies' or how thin or big they are now so self conscious about themselves. Or I see little kids decked up as little... w's. Bratz dolls, grown up clothes shrunk to baby and child sizes. Out of control sexuality, trickling and seeping into every part of our lives, to places where it is not even supposed to be. SIGH This has GOT to stop

Hello
Recently I asked to the social network site DeviantArt to remove some pics depicting women being strangled but they said they don't break the terms of services so I tried to see what FB was doing about stuff like this. I made a quick search and I found this page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Indian-girls-who-like-stranglechoking-breathplayhanging/497228356992240 with posts like this one: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.542146262500449.1073741844.497228356992240&type=1

I reported it as abuse but they responded they were not going to remove the whole page but only some pics if I was going to report them. I did so and they removed a single pic but I find weird the fact they didnt abolish the whole page? Don't you?
I also want to put to your attention the fact that if you try to do a search on google with the terms "sex comics" you will find as result sites that will lead you to sites like pain-art.com if you look at their bdsm section, but you can find them in many other porn sites which have a comics/cartoon section. With the terms "porn tube" you will find many sites with the category teens where you can watch videos uploaded on famous pornographic video sharing sites like youporn, Xhamster, XVideos and Pornhub, etc. I tried to click on these teens video thumbnails and oftenly I found a message of the italian web police saying "this site was shut down because they were containing child porn" (!) I find disgusting that these famous video sharing sites advertise this kind of content!
As last issue I want to let you know the existance of sites like this one http://www.darksites.net/lug/cat/Executions/sort-clicks_out_m-direction-desc/
which leads to sites like this one http://www.2kill4.net . These sites make me afraid of emulation by mad people and of the existance of the so called snuff movies.
It's a shame!

Starsaphire, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR POWERFUL AND ARTICULATE COMMENT!! We need young people like you to support Morality in Media, Equality Now, The Pink Cross Foundation and Stop Porn Culture. Wow!! I don't where to begin!! I just got on because I watched one of the documentaries to KEEP MYSELF REMINDED of all the precious, beautiful women who are being abused by this industry!! I wanted to stay reminded and to share with others that we must continue to support Anti Pornograpy!! You are a very articulate and bright woman!! I agree with everything you said and your are RIGHT ON IT!! As I said in my previous post today, I have been reading/studying/thinking about the very things you mentioned. No, Free Speech isn't a valid reason, nor is "men are visual" nor is "boys will be boys". This is DISRESPECT,ABUSE AND DEGRADATION of women mostly, but also the men who participate. Keep going with your energy, your bright mind and your sensitive soul! Thank you!

Good for you Eric B.! I just read your comment! So thankful to see men, especially, understand HOW DAMAGING this is to them for being addicted to it, but also OBVIOUSLY for the male and female workers. This is a dark side of our society and the fact that so many men and some women, look at it in a sneaky way (hiding it), that should tell us as a society that there is something wrong. The statistics do not lie. Gail Dines book Pornland and Pamela Paul's book Pornified as well as Jackson Katz book give us a REAL glimpse into the sneakiness of this situation. Also a new reason for divorces (in recent years) is husbands/boyfriends who have serious addictions and they aren't willing to quit. It's become a REAL CHANGE for the worse in our society. Thank you again Eric!

Very glad to see this web site. I found out about the OVERALL horrors, damage of pornography by hearing about Shelley Lubben and others who support anti pornography movements. Shelley's book The Truth Behind the Fantasy of Porn really opened my eyes to this NASTY, ABUSIVE underworld. The sad part of it is, that it wouldn't be successful to anyone, if MOSTLY MEN did not buy it or watch it. I have also read Gail Dines Pornland, Jackson Katz The Macho Paradox and Pamela Paul's Pornified and recommend all of them. I am thankful to everyone that founded this web site and the people who support it. I felt a lot of guilt for while after reading Shelley's book. I watched porn BRIEFLY (for a small period of time) with my husband and for a short while with a past boyfriend. Now that I know so much about the AWFUL men working behind the scenes and the fact that they are PROFITING from women's (mostly) misery and degradation, I will always help support anti pornography. I would have never watched EVEN ONE video if I knew exactly what was going on. Also, thanks to these authors, I see from their insightful and intelligent work HOW GROSS AND DEGRADED pornography has become. It was already filthy, but now it's beyond FILTH. The women have fragile backgrounds and they shouldn't start in the first place, but we need to focus on changing laws so that it's difficult to allow these awful films to be made. It's degrading our society. Also thank goodness for Shelley Lubben and her staff for RESCUING people from the Porn industry and illuminating us about what is going on behind the scenes. Thank you for what you are doing!! Also viewers, please support The Pink Cross Foundation and others like Morality in Media and Stop Porn Culture founded Gail Dines.

I've watched the interview on ABC with young porn star Sunny Lane. For those of you who've watched it on T.V. or on this website, knows that she claims to have enjoyed stripping and prostitution before working in porn full-time, which she also enjoys; and her parents support her!! I know most people don't enjoy porn, whether they're porn actors or consumers. But, I'm wondering what you all think about people like Sunny Lane? Do you think she's really happy and enjoys being in porn like she claims!! Is she an exception to the rule?!

Hi! I've been speaking with you on Twitter and Facebook. I'm Eric (@QuitPornHotline), the creator of the QuitPorn Group Text Hotline. People can join and then we can have a text message support group for anyone who's struggling. I found this a great way to stop smoking last year. A person can text and his or her text goes to all the other members who have opted in. The service also can work internationally for people outside the U.S., provided they have international SMS enabled by their carrier.

The idea is: instead of using porn, text instead. It can create enough of a buffer zone to get people out of that intriguing, fantasizing and arousal mode, to help them think more clearly. Also, people don't even have to text. They can call the number and get help, too. If you call the number, you'll get a short, 5-minute clip from an anti-porn video to listen to (I plan to swap out new clips every so often; I could even put in a clip from your org or a sponsor, for example).

I really appreciate the help you guys have given me. The knowledge and education has been really wonderful. I always knew something was just not quite right about porn, but having the evidence and science to back it up is really what tipped the scale for me.

Best wishes,

Eric

After watching 3 porn documentaries, perusing your site, reading articles... I am absolutely disgusted at this country, amercian people who produce this vile destruction, and the fact the we, women, men, black, white, hispanic, asian, have stood by and allowed porn to become so out of control. I have never liked pornography, especially the fact that it portrays women as nothing but sex objects. From a young age, despite the fact that I found the imagery disgusting, this is what bothered me the most. But after really looking at what porn has become, as a 21 yr old woman, i'm both sad and enraged. How the sexualization of rape and cruelty against women is acceptable drives me mad. Add to that, the horrible racist themes that are so rampant in the films puts our country back a few centuries. How does our government stand for this? Oh... Right, free speech. So I suppose ANYTHING is okay when it comes to free speech. Is this what we want to become as a nation, as human beings? This simply should not be allowed. And to all the women who support this, it does NOT make you a progressive thinker... It simply means that you are more of a slave to male supremacy than you realize. I really don't care that all these performers are getting paid, that they have full knowledge of the context on the film and might even be okay with it, it doesn't make the message of these films any less harmful. Therefore it is not empowering to anyone. There is nothing empowering about being choked while penetrated my two men, both calling you slut, whore, or nigger. There is nothing empowering about having a man force his penis down your throat so hard that you vomit, while he slaps you and smears semen on your face. There is NOTHING empowering about those tears streaming down a woman's face during a hardcore scene as she tries to counteract it by screaming "Oh, yes... Fuck me harder" while chained up. As far as i'm concerned this has escalated into being another form of sexual slavery. How can we expect young men to form healthy sexual identities when it considered okay to watch violent, abusive porn on a daily basis? How are these men going to relate themselves to other young women? This has to be stopped, and there really should be no debate questioning why or how porn has become destructive. We have to make a change. I'm almost to tears right now, I suppose I'm more naive to the atrocites of the world than I thought. Or maybe I'm too sensitive. But this just breaks my heart.

Pornland: How Porn Has Hijacked Our Sexuality

DESCRIPTION

Pornland: How Porn Has Hijacked Our Sexuality takes an unflinching look at today’s porn industry: the stories woven into the images, the impact on our culture, the effects on us as men and women, the business machine that creates and markets porn, and the growing legitimacy of porn in mainstream media. Above all, PORNLAND examines the way porn shapes and limits sexual imaginations and behaviors.

Although we are surrounded by pornographic images, many people are not aware of just how cruel and violent the industry is today. PORNLAND shows how today’s porn is strikingly different from yesterday’s Playboy and Penthouse magazines — how competition in the industry and consumer desensitization have pushed porn toward hard core extremes. And, with the advent of the internet and other digital technologies, users don’t have to wander far to access porn; todaythe average age of first viewing is about 11 for boys, and studies reveal that young men, who consume more porn than ever before, have difficulty forming healthy relationships.

PORNLAND also looks at how our porn culture affects the way women and girls think about their bodies, their sexuality and their relationships. PORNLAND: How Porn has Hijacked our Sexuality argues that rather than sexually liberating or empowering us, porn offers us a plasticized, formulaic, generic version of sex that is boring, lacking in creativity and disconnected from emotion and intimacy.

Shared Hope International specifically focuses on fighting the demand for commercial sexual exploitaiton, including addressing pornography as a very significant demand factor for sex trafficking.

Please see their excellent report on this issue:

Pornography: Creating Demand for International Sex Trafficking

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Pornography is a marketing device for sex trafficking: It normalizes degradation and violence as acceptable and even inevitable parts of sex, and uses the bodies of real women and children as objects. The difference between pornography and erotica is clear in the roots of the words themselves -- porne means females slaves, eros means love -- so pornography, like rape, is about violence and domination, not sex. Millions of lives depend on our ability to separate pornography from erotica, and to disentangle violence from sexuality."
Gloria Steinem, 2006
For information about Gloria Steinem's important work of fighting against the harms of pornography, sex trafficking and other forms of sexual exploitation and abuse, including videos and an audio interview, please see our page on Gloria Steinem. Click here.
YOUR HELP IS NEEDED. PLEASE DONATE IF YOU ARE ABLE TO.
Please remember that it is not up to AntiPornography.org, the other organizations listed on this page, the government, or "someone else" to do the entire job of fighting against the devastating harms of pornography, prostitution, trafficking, and other forms of sexual exploitation or abuse. It is an enormous job and the responsibility lies with each and every one of us to do our part as part of the bigger team of those who are choosing to be part of the solution of creating a more just and humane world for everyone, rather than be part of the problem.
So thank you in advance for whatever you are able to contribute to the cause, whether in the form of a tax-deductible donation or your actions. What you do does matter, so for the sake of all those across the world who are being exploited and abused, and for the sake of the future of humanity, please do what you can to create a more compassionate and safer society for all.
Thank you for whatever you are able to give or do to help create a better world for everyone, especially for women, children and future generations.
 YOUR SUPPORTIVE ACTIONS & YOUR DONATIONS ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
THEY CAN AND WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
